The customer who has paid for the services of BRANSON GLOBAL LTD, has the possibility to get a refund according to the rules that have written below.
To be entitled to a refund, the customer should meet all the requirements. And if he does not, BRANSON GLOBAL LTD can refuse to give a refund to a customer.
BRANSON GLOBAL LTD takes responsibility for doing all our best to support the customers if any disputes about refund request appear.
This Refund Policy is related to the payments for BRANSON GLOBAL LTD services and also to the customers’ funds.
To be able to return a product for an exchange due to shipping damage, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting customer service at {phone} . An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting customer service by telephone.
Please note:
We cannot process or exchange a product marked "Return to Sender". If you "return to sender" or are unable to obtain an RMA, we will not be able to process or verify your product return.
To ensure that your account is properly marked, you must return product returns to the address below, including your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the package you are returning. Our shipping service is instructed to REFUSE any package that does not have an RMA number.
